good reasons why your V.I.P. card is personalized. First,in case you loose
your card, your loyalty points are easily transferred to another card and

(This process takes about 1 hour until you
are able to receive your new card.) |

Please let the clerk on site
know that you have lost your card. He/She will hand you a form that you
